Recycling Made Simple

1: Account Customers : If you hold an account with London Office Recycle , You automatically get FREE collections of any old office equipment.

2: Free : Free collection if we have contacted you and offered our Free collection whilst on route to other clients. ( Example : If we are collecting from EC1 and would need to fill the van we may contact local companies on that route. This will be a Free collection ). This would be confirmed over the phone or via email.

3: Call out: In the event that you require a collection on a particular date or urgently, there will be a £75 call out charge. This ensures that your collection will be done when you need it. Date will be confirmed via email and we can give you an approximate time window.

4: Large Collection : In the event of a large collection that will require a full van, large furniture, more than one collection or out of area will be a tailored quotation. 

5: Trade Clients : Trade clients are any large producers such as (WMS ) waste management, ( MPS ) managed print services or (ORS ) office refurb services. We will collect directly from yourselves or directly from your customers on your behalf. We partner with you and work with you to offer your customers a complete efficient service.

The first step in availing our collection service is to get in touch with our dedicated team. You can contact us via phone, email, or through our online scheduling system. Provide details about the items you need to dispose of, and our experts will guide you through the process.

To book a collection you can use the booking form. Any costs will be invoiced after collection on a 30 day term. Upon collection we will issue you with duty of care form and confirmation form. 

Once collected, your old IT equipment, telecoms, and office consumables are transported to our state-of-the-art recycling facilities. Here, we follow environmentally responsible practices to ensure maximum recycling and minimal impact on the environment.

After the disposal process, we provide you with the necessary certifications and documentation, offering transparency and peace of mind regarding the responsible handling of your items. You will receive an EOL ( End of Life ) certificate for any items that carry data storage. All non data products will just be confirmed as recycled, repurposed or reused.
